Responsible Gaming Statement

Last updated: February 13, 2026

Important Notice

Quantum Oasis Media promotes responsible gaming practices and only works with licensed, regulated operators in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available.

1. Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Quantum Oasis Media recognizes that while online gaming is a form of entertainment for millions of people, it can also lead to problem gambling for some individuals. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices, protecting vulnerable populations, and supporting harm minimization efforts across all iGaming marketing activities.

This Responsible Gaming Statement outlines our policies, practices, and commitments specific to the promotion of online gaming, sports betting, and casino products.

2. Regulatory Compliance

2.1 Licensed Operators Only

We only promote iGaming operators that hold valid licenses from recognized regulatory authorities. This includes but is not limited to:

  • State gaming commissions in the United States (where legal)
  • Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in Canada
  • UK Gambling Commission (UKGC)
  • State and territory authorities in Australia
  • Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and other EU regulatory bodies

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

We only promote iGaming offers in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly legal and regulated. We implement geo-targeting controls to prevent marketing to users in prohibited jurisdictions.

3. Age Verification and Minor Protection

3.1 Mandatory Age Requirements

All iGaming marketing materials include prominent age warnings ("18+," "21+," or as required by local law). We never target, market to, or knowingly accept users below the legal gambling age.

3.2 Content Restrictions

  • No use of cartoon characters, celebrities popular with minors, or youth-oriented themes
  • No placement of ads on websites, apps, or social media accounts primarily frequented by minors
  • No marketing during children's programming or events
  • No suggestions that gambling is a rite of passage to adulthood

4. Responsible Messaging Standards

4.1 What We Prohibit

Our iGaming marketing never includes:

  • Suggestions that gambling can solve financial problems or be a source of income
  • Glamorization of excessive gambling or "high roller" lifestyles
  • Misleading representations of odds, winning probability, or payout rates
  • Pressure to gamble through urgency tactics or FOMO messaging
  • Claims that skill can eliminate the element of chance
  • Suggestions that gambling enhances personal qualities or social status
  • Targeting individuals experiencing financial hardship or emotional vulnerability

4.2 Required Elements

All iGaming marketing materials include:

  • Age verification warnings
  • Responsible gaming messaging ("Play Responsibly," "When the fun stops, stop")
  • Links to problem gambling support resources
  • Clear disclosure of bonus terms, wagering requirements, and restrictions
  • Realistic expectations about outcomes ("Most players lose")

5. Bonus and Promotion Standards

When promoting bonuses, free bets, or other incentives:

  • All terms and conditions are clearly disclosed upfront
  • Wagering requirements are prominently displayed
  • Expiration dates and restrictions are clearly stated
  • No misleading "free money" or "risk-free" claims
  • No inducements to chase losses or gamble beyond means

6. Support Resources

We prominently display links to responsible gaming resources and problem gambling support organizations on all iGaming properties and campaigns:

8. Training and Compliance

All team members involved in iGaming marketing receive training on responsible gaming practices, regulatory requirements, and harm minimization strategies. We regularly review and update our policies to align with evolving industry standards and regulations.
